Our Leadership

Leadership & Governance

The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors committed to responsible stewardship, ethical oversight, and mission-focused leadership. Board members bring diverse professional expertise and a shared dedication to advancing the Foundation’s purpose while ensuring accountability, transparency, and long-term sustainability.

The Board provides strategic direction, fiduciary oversight, and policy guidance to ensure that all programs and initiatives align with the Foundation’s mission, values, and governing documents. This includes oversight of financial management, compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and adherence to best practices in nonprofit governance.

Board members serve without compensation and are expected to act in the best interests of the Foundation and the communities it serves. The Board actively supports fundraising, community partnerships, and organizational growth while maintaining clear boundaries between governance and day-to-day operations.

The Foundation operates in accordance with its bylaws and established governance policies, including conflict-of-interest, ethics, and financial oversight policies. Together, leadership and volunteers work collaboratively to ensure the Foundation remains a trusted steward of donor support and community resource
